Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Beehive purchase of a product, please e-mail the returns department for a return material authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the ship date of the product. You must return the product to the Beehive warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging. Beehive will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened package.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error. In this case, you will be sent a return address label. Please include your RMA on the outside of any returned package.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
